Headquarters and distribution centre for Rays Outdoors 2000 sqm office and 15,500 sqm warehouse.

Office and air freight warehouse in excess of 5,000 sqm.
Specialised freight facility with 'airside' access for air cargo.

Warehouse extension to existing facility and additional hardstand areas. Floor area in excess of 4,000 sqm. Another Mimivic Group project built by CMW.

New state-of-the-art Australian headquarters and distribution centre at Northpoint Enterprise Park. Building area in excess of 12,000 sqm.

Signature Floor Coverings
Wurundjeri Drive, Epping
New headquarters and distribution centre at Northpoint Enterprise Park. 650 sqm office and 4,500 sqm warehouse. Further 1,800 sqm warehouse extension completed May 2008.
Kenworth Trucks
Fitzgerald Road, Laverton North
Additions to one of Australia's state of the art truck sales and service centres. Extension to the truck workshop, a new truck wash and additional exterior hardstand areas.
CMW built original facility and have now completed two further extensions since 1998.

Gateway Boulevard, Epping
Another development at Northpoint Enterprise Park. Office and warehouse in excess of 4,000 sqm. The building includes a gantry crane and thickened heavy duty floors for high specific loads.
