CMW - Building Confidence

We are an independent private builder, specialising in industrial design & construction projects. Established in 1990, CMW has delivered a significant number of projects amounting to more than 1,000,000 sqm of built form in the industrial and large format retail sectors. We work collaboratively with each of our clients to deliver buildings that meet and exceed expectations, on budget and on-time. We believe that clear and honest communication and a dedication to safe, sustainable and quality building is the best way to serve our clients. Process

The team at CMW work with our clients to establish a clear and well-defined brief - we endeavour to minimise and eliminate the unexpected from the outset. We work with established, experienced and specialist professionals to develop designs and documentation in order to achieve the required approvals and permits enabling us to deliver in a timely manner. The Project Management and Construction teams take these documented concepts through to reality. The delivery process is based on fair dealing, transparency and respect. Our finished product is handed over with a full suite of documentation and training.

Occupational Health & Safety

CMW operates a third party certified Occupational Health and Safety Management System to ISO 45001. The entire team, Directors through to Labourers, is committed to, and engaged in, the implementation of the safety management system. We are proud of our record in OH&S management.
