The Annual Northern Health Corporate Senior Pro Am was held on Wednesday 14th March at the Growling Frog Golf Club in Yan Yean.  The event raises funds for the Northern Health Foundation, a foundation created to support the Northern Health network to provide its local community with high quality health care services.

With construction completed by CMW in June 2017, the new Bayford Ford, Epping dealership is located adjacent to Bayford VW and houses the group's head office, along with a large showroom and state of the art workshop facilities.  The total dealership floor area including corporate offices is in excess of 5,500m². 

With over 43 years of experience, DPE Kart Technology is a leader within the karting industry, manufacturing and distributing karting products.  CMW are proud to have completed the construction of a development for the company in Keysborough. 

CMW has completed the construction of Precision Business Park.  Located in Notting Hill, the development of ten office / warehouses includes the new head office of Precision International.

Established in 1970, Precision is Australia's leading engine parts company specialising in wholesale service to the engine rebuilders and automotive resellers industries.

CMW was awarded the design and construct contract to build a new maintenance facility for The Royal Melbourne Golf Club and has recently commenced on site.

CMW has recently completed construction of two office warehouses for Goodman Group / Moorabbin Airport Corporation (MAC).  Totalling almost 13,400m², Warehouse A was purpose built for McCormick Foods and includes extensive pallet racking and a large cold storage area.  Warehouse B is a speculative development that has subsequently been leased.

CMW Design & Construct has recently completed Stage 2 works for Edlyn Foods in Epping.  CMW built their original facility in 2007 and extended it in 2012.  The new warehouse is in excess of 6,000m² and is set to cater for the growth of Edlyn Foods over the coming years.
