We’re excited to announce the completion of landlord works at GPT’s 30 Niton Drive development.  This upgrade focused on enhancing functionality and amenity for incoming tenants, with a 12-week program that’s just finished up.

Key scope includes:

• Demolition and expansion of the existing office footprint
• Construction of new internal walls and façade elements
• Structural upgrades to enable a new second-floor expansion
• Reconfiguration of showers to toilets, and relocation of electrical infrastructure
• New male and female amenities to the dock office.

The transformation tailored the spec building to the incoming tenant’s needs.  We look forward to delivering more high-quality results for GPT and welcoming new tenants to the bespoke new facility.
