We are excited to announce that CMW has started to deliver the new Pickles facility and adjacent hardstand project for Melbourne Airport Property.

This project involves the design and construction of a new 3,000 square-meter warehouse, complete with office space, a gatehouse, dock offices, and 40 car parking spaces.  Additionally, it includes the development of nearly 37,000 square meters of hardstand.

Next door to Pickles, we are also constructing a further 19,000 square meters of hardstand designed to be split into multiple tenancies with service connections for temporary buildings.

The delivery will require specialized assembly methods and coordination to manage the construction activities within the main runway approach at Melbourne Airport.  CMW looks forward to the challenge and is eager to deliver another successful project at Melbourne Airport Business Park.
