CMW Design & Construct has successfully completed the Amer Sports fit out at ESR's Greenlink Lot 11 development, delivering the project on time and on budget. The fit out builds on the successful delivery of the base building and is now supporting Amer Sports as they transition operations into their new Victorian distribution facility.

Working closely with ESR and Amer Sports, the project included modifications to office and amenities areas, together with upgrades to building services to accommodate high-bay racking, a mezzanine level and modern materials handling systems, creating a facility tailored to Amer Sports' operational requirements.

With the fit out complete, the project provides the platform for Amer Sports to progressively establish operations from their new facility over the coming weeks.
