CMW is very pleased to announce the completion of Stage 2 of the RACV Noble Park project.  The existing RACV site on the Princes Highway has been transformed providing a new warehouse and office facility for new tenants. 

Stage 1 saw the construction of a new multi-storey car park, opening up the site for more efficient utilization. Once Stage 1 was commissioned and handed over, Stage 2 commenced seamlessly, allowing RACV to maintain full operational capacity 24/7 while ensuring the safety of both staff and construction teams.

The new warehouse boasts over 10,000 sqm of space, complemented by a modern, light-filled 730 sqm office spanning two levels.  Additionally, the project includes crucial upgrades to drainage infrastructure and addresses site level differences with strategically placed retaining walls and access ramps.
