CMW Design & Construct is excited to share the latest progress on the Dnata Expansion Project at Melbourne Airport.

This 5,600 sqm extension to Dnata’s existing catering facility is being constructed on adjacent vacant land and will include:

• Additional loading docks
• Truck parking and hardstand areas
• An expanded building footprint to support greater food production capacity

Progress to date includes:

• Demolition works to break into the existing facility
• Completion of earthworks and foundations
• Installation of inground services
• Construction of a temporary haul road to maintain 24/7 truck access for Dnata's ongoing operations
• Structural Steel and precast

Once complete, the expansion will enable Dnata to scale their operations and service more flights departing Melbourne – supporting the broader growth of Victoria’s aviation industry.
