CMW Design and Construct is proud to announce the completion of ESR Greenlink Lot 11 – a milestone achievement in our ongoing partnership with ESR Group.

Delivered at ESR’s Greenlink in Cranbourne, this project features two high-quality speculative warehouse and office facilities with a total building area of 37,140 sqm.  Each tenancy includes a two-storey office, dedicated dock office, expansive super canopy, landscaped surrounds, and car parking to support operational efficiency and amenity.

Construction ran in parallel with infrastructure delivery for the broader estate – a testament to our team's coordination, commitment, and capability.

This marks the third project CMW has delivered for ESR since 2023, reinforcing the strength of our collaboration and our shared commitment to creating high-performance industrial spaces.
