CMW Design & Construct is proud to announce that the APAM Toll Healthcare project has achieved Green Star 5 Certification, representing Australian excellence in sustainable design and construction.

This milestone was delivered using the Green Star Buildings v1 rating tool in the Building Design & Construction pathway.  The project includes a 10,000 sqm temperature-controlled warehouse — a space that brings unique sustainability challenges when aligning requirements originally intended for fully finished office environments with the realities of large-scale industrial facilities.

Achieving this result is a testament to the skill, determination and collaboration of our CMW delivery team and our loyal subcontractor partners.  It also reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering high-performance, future-focused facilities for our long-term client, Melbourne Airport.
