This week, CMW Design & Construct held our annual Safety Seminar at the Master Builders Victoria Leadership Simulation Centre in South Melbourne.

The full-day event brought together our project delivery teams and estimators for updates from the safety management team, as well as insightful presentations from industry safety experts and mental health support services.

It’s an important opportunity each year to review our safety systems, discuss the critical elements of project delivery, and - most importantly - hear directly from our people.  The open discussion, constructive banter, and shared experiences make this event invaluable in shaping how we continually improve.
