Industrial buildings are being asked to do more: support demanding operations, remain adaptable for future occupiers and meet higher sustainability expectations.

CMW delivered ESR’s approximately 26,000 square metre Cherry Lane warehouse and office development in Laverton North.  The project has since achieved a 6 Star Green Star – Design & As Built rating.

That result reflects the work of the full project team, from design and consultant coordination through to construction and assessment.  It also demonstrates what can be achieved when sustainability requirements are addressed throughout delivery.
