What does it take to deliver more than 37,000 square metres of industrial space within a developing estate?

At ESR Greenlink Lot 11 in Cranbourne West, CMW delivered two speculative warehouse and office facilities with a combined building area of 37,140 square metres.  Each includes a two-storey office, dock office and super canopy.

Construction progressed alongside infrastructure works across the wider estate, requiring close coordination between the project team and those delivering the surrounding development.
