We’re pleased to share progress on the ESR Lot 11B Amer Sports fit out, marking the next phase following the successful delivery of the base building.

This project supports Amer Sports as the first tenant to take occupancy within the dual tenancy facility.  Working closely with ESR, CMW has delivered a series of landlord works, including adjustments to office and amenities areas to better align the space with Amer Sports’ operational requirements.

In addition, modifications to the building services have been undertaken to accommodate Amer Sports’ racking systems, including a mezzanine level and automated materials handling equipment.

The project has progressed smoothly, with works now substantially complete.  Pleasingly, the team has achieved this with no safety incidents while maintaining program milestones.
