CMW Design & Construct is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the new Bayswood Timber Wholesalers facility in Cranbourne West.

The project will deliver a major warehouse and timber yard development providing approximately 15,600 sqm of undercover storage and workspace.

The development will also include two separate office buildings (566 sqm and 335 sqm) servicing the main buildings, 121 staff and visitor car parks, and approximately 23,000 sqm of hardstand and laydown area to support the operations of the timber yard.
