Delivered in close collaboration with VPW, this project builds on a strong and longstanding partnership, following the successful delivery of their previous head office and retail facility.

The development transforms an existing building into a premium workplace, featuring modern office spaces, a striking showroom, dedicated R&D areas, a café, and a seamless click-and-collect experience.  This is complemented by a new office and warehouse facility on the adjacent site, providing the scale and functionality needed to support VPW’s continued growth.

The project reflects a shared commitment to quality, efficiency and innovation - bringing together practical industrial functionality with a bold, contemporary design outcome.
