Construction continues to progress steadily at the Bayswood Timber development, with a significant project milestone achieved as site earthworks near completion and structural works commence across both warehouse facilities.

The development comprises two purpose-built industrial warehouses, complemented by extensive external heavy-duty hardstand areas designed to support efficient logistics and operational performance.

With the project now transitioning into the structural phase, the focus remains on delivering a high-quality outcome through strong collaboration, careful planning and disciplined project execution.  The continued commitment of the project team and delivery partners has ensured works are progressing safely and in accordance with the construction programme.
