We are thrilled to announce the completion of one of our highest-profile projects at Cherry Lane in Laverton North.  Situated next to the Princes Freeway, the site is easily recognizable by the large CMW banner prominently displayed for passersby.

This project for ESR Australia involved the comprehensive redevelopment of the existing site.  It included the demolition of the old building, site cleanup, and the construction of over 26,000 square meters of warehouse and office space.  Additionally, the project features car parks, a hardstand area under a super canopy, recessed loading docks, and new supporting infrastructure.

Located adjacent to a power plant, with significant power, gas, and stormwater infrastructure running through easements around the site, the project team faced the challenge of coordinating stakeholders and delivering the project safely and on time.

The finished project stands as a testament to the hard work and dedication of our delivery team and project partners.  We extend our gratitude to ESR for the opportunity to deliver this outstanding project and look forward to repeating this success at the next ESR site in Cranbourne.
